The Equal Opportunities Officer's tasks include ensuring equal rights for women in all status groups, providing advice and support in cases of sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination, and advocating the compatibility of family, studies and career.

Each institute of the faculty has its own representative, who also processes requests from the working groups of the respective institute.
